These terms govern your access to and use of the Gratiview DICOM viewer and its optional Workstation and OrthoPlan plugins, provided by Graticare.

1 · Acceptance

By installing, accessing or licensing the software, you agree to these terms on behalf of your facility. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2 · The Software & Licence

Gratiview is the base, per-device licence — a professional DICOM viewer with multiplanar reconstruction, GPU volume rendering, AI-assisted segmentation and PACS connectivity. Workstation (built-in cloud storage and a sync engine) and OrthoPlan (orthopedic templating and deformity analysis) are optional plugins that unlock on the same licence. A free Community edition is available for individuals, students and research groups. Supported features and modalities may evolve over time.

3 · Licensing & Accounts

• Licences are issued per device; you are responsible for safeguarding activation keys and login credentials, and for activity under your accounts.
• Access is role-based; you agree to provision users appropriately and revoke access when no longer required.
• You agree not to exceed your licensed device count, or to resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the software.

4 · Clinical Responsibility

Diagnostic interpretation is the professional responsibility of the interpreting radiologist or surgeon. Viewer measurements, AI segmentations and OrthoPlan templates are tools to support — not replace — clinical judgement, and should be verified before any patient-care decision.

5 · Billing & Commitments

• The per-device licence is billed monthly, yearly or as a one-time perpetual purchase, as set out on the Pricing page.
• All amounts are in INR and exclusive of 18% GST.
• A perpetual licence includes one year of updates and lifetime use of that version; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
• Workstation includes 5 GB of cloud storage per licensed device, pooled across your devices.

6 · Data & Compliance

We handle data in line with our Privacy Policy, HIPAA (a Business Associate Agreement is available), ISO/IEC 27001 certification and our published DICOM conformance statement. You warrant that you have the necessary consents and authority to process patient data through the software.

7 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is", and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the licence in the preceding billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8 · Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand having jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
